Initial evaluation tests
Initial evaluation tests serve to determine the starting point from which to begin preparation, to establish the values needed to frame the athlete's characteristics and to provide comparison data to check progress. The optimal type of test is agreed upon, based on the needs of the athlete and the staff, in the cognitive interview. OTB makes use of a wide selection of tests through which it assesses the performance of its athletes.
